APPARTMENT 12

A house located in the center of Milan Park. The typical apartment will be made up of five square rooms, surrounded by bay windows allowing natural light to enter. It offers both a feeling of calm and openness, which is the feeling I was trying to give to the residents of the property. First of all, the entrance opens onto the central room, lit by natural light which announces the color of the glazed rooms that follow. After passing the entrance hall, we arrive in the first room, a living room furnished with two sofas, between which there is a coffee table. Opposite, there is a balcony surrounding the apartment and which is accessible from each room. This provides a breathtaking view of the landscape. To the right of this room, we find a spacious kitchen in which there is an island and a dining table. One of the particularities of this apartment is the spatial quality of the room. Added to this is its perimeter which is made up of bay windows, thus offering its visitors a resplendent view of the green nature of the park. However, it is still possible to have privacy in this room by adding curtains that cover the windows or thanks to the opaque glass of the bay windows. At the back of the bedroom is a bathroom which further completes the room. On the roof top there is a fitness room for our guests. To conclude, this apartment is therefore an elegant and bright space which has great spatial qualities.
