LA LIMITE

This project concerns highlighting activities not present on this street on rue Cordey in Yverdon. Firstly, there is underground parking for the residents of the building such as cellars, premises, a laundry room and parking for bicycles. We have access to the ground floor thanks to a stairwell as well as an elevator leading directly to the fitness and public spa, this choice of activities aims to bring together the outside as well as those inside the village. On the first floor there are two standard apartments, starting with the main entrance which gives a direct view of the living room and the kitchen. This home thus contains 3 bedrooms, one with an office, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other a bathtub and finally a terrace. On the second floor is a typical apartment such as two other apartments containing a single bedroom. Regarding the construction of my building, it is made of concrete and iron railings.
